US Secretary of State Tillerson addresses State Department staff

Newly-sworn in US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says “Hi, I’m the new guy” as he addresses state department employees on his first day of work. The former ExxonMobil chief executive was sworn in the day before to take charge of a US State Department simmering with opposition to President Donald Trump’s refugee ban.
